Unveiling HMS Property Management: Negligence Endangers Resident Safety

I want to shed light on my distressing experience with HMS Property Management Services Ltd, marked by repeated security breaches and property damage. It all started with urgent complaints about the garage back door left open, a serious safety concern. Despite my repeated pleas and evidence, HMS's response has been dismissive. On March 6, 2024, I raised the issue with attached photos. Despite assurances on March 11, the problem persisted. On April 29, spotting a stranger in the car park escalated my concerns. However, on May 2, despite my repeated attempts, HMS's Property Manager, David Harris, refused to acknowledge their responsibility. This negligence not only endangers our safety but also showcases a concerning pattern of disregard for residents' well-being.
