Business Profile

Making sure you are adequately covered by insurance can be a real challenge. Our role is to make sure that you have the appropriate level of insurance cover so you're not left exposed to serious risks. Our office in Southampton has been serving the local business community through it's legacy companies for nearly 40 years. The business was founded in 1979 as H C Foreman Insurance Brokers and became Foreman Bassett in 1995. Later sold to Stewart Alexander in 2000 which, in turn, became part of Bluefin in 2007 having acquired Insurance Brokers McMahon Medley Ltd and JT Commercial Ltd along the way. After being united with Jelf in 2016, in 2020 we became Marsh Commercial, aligning us closer to our parent company.
